CPDC's Strategic Partners

Our partnerships are at the core of how we accomplish what we do.

Our partners believe in our mission to develop vibrant communities and our ability to complete projects as planned and to achieve our goals. Our partners invest their funds in our projects, receiving financial, tax, public relations, marketing, relationship building, and/or social benefits in return. Many of our partners also invest their time and experience. Our planning, curriculum, designs, and solutions come through the close consultation, conversation, advice, and experiences of everyone involved. Click here to view a list of CPDC's strategic partners.

Preserving Affordability and Preserving Communities

With our creative financial structuring, our properties are built to be solvent for the long-term, thereby lowering the risk for our investors.

Government and community partners, lenders, and equity investors have found our properties to be sound investments because they provide a solid return and a genuine social benefit to the larger community. Resident associations have also sought us out to revitalize their properties, looking for a partner who would listen to them as well as redevelop their homes.

Empowering Communities

When CPDC acquires a property, we conduct an asset survey of that community. This survey includes both the physical and social assets and needs of the community. We consult with the residents to determine their needs, goals, and desires for their homes and their lives. We identify the people and businesses that can help us accomplish the development and program goals needed for the community.

These partners often include resident associations, institutions, civic associations, financial institutions, businesses, and other stakeholders in the community.
